Maroof Arifi is graduate in Computer Science, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) amongst other qualifications. He is the founder of Al Hikma, Islamic College of England (ICE) and has been involved in many other dawah institutions from university-based Islamic Societies to local community centres with a great emphasis on intrafaith activities. Passionate about philanthropy he has over 15 years of diverse voluntary experience in the charity sector from leading international aid deployments to delivering on local projects. He has informally studied a number of Islamic disciplines under local and international scholars. Alongside this, he has an interest in interfaith work and has undergone studies in Christianity and some basic Judaic Law.
